Omnia Smart Technologies was founded from direct experience of operational complexity. We had seen how businesses and public sector organisations running vehicles, jobs and field activity were too often relying on disconnected systems, manual processes and workarounds just to keep operations moving. The technology available was either too rigid, too fragmented or too difficult for real operational teams to use effectively.
From the beginning, our belief was simple: complex operations should not require complex software. We saw an opportunity to build technology that was operationally powerful, but also practical, intuitive and grounded in how work actually happens day to day. That belief became the foundation of Omnia and continues to shape how we design, build and deliver our products.
As the business evolved, that vision took shape through AiOne, our modular platform built to simplify planning, execution, optimisation, visibility and control across vehicle, job and field-based operations. Rather than forcing organisations to adapt to disconnected tools, we set out to create a more intelligent environment that helps teams work with greater clarity, consistency and confidence.
Today, Omnia Smart Technologies is focused on building a scalable operations technology business with relevance across both the private and public sector. Our journey is still defined by the same principle that started it: solving real-world operational problems with technology that is simpler to use, easier to adopt and capable of delivering meaningful results.
